Shipping policy

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The shipping price depends on the size and weight of your package, but usually not more then $25. The package is then trackable and insured. If your parcel is late, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship your purchased item within 1-5 business days after cleared payment. Made to order items are shipped within the period marked at the listing, normally 2-4 weeks.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our home based in Sweden, and are usually delivered within 2-6 working days to Europe, 4-10 days to big cities outside Europe, and 15 days to everywhere else. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that PeacockYarn does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by PeacockYarn, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.


In case you refuse to pay duties and/or the package is sent back to us, we will contact you about what to do. All the shipping costs will be charged.
Whenever your item returns without being delivered at your side, we will only refund 90% of the price to cover handling.
